So that little issue I was having with not having a bowel movement… all I’m going to say as a very strong piece of advice: don’t wait 6 days to make things move! I was miserable all day yesterday. My friend Kelly recommended I use Milk Of Magnesia (thank you, Kelly!), and that still took several hours. I was in agony and lost most of my day to pain. I didn’t even eat. Thankfully, a couple hours before I usually go to bed I got relief.
Today was much better, and completely uneventful. Which is a good thing while recovering.
